So I got the borders on my mystery quilt this morning, with only a little help from a little girl.

The confession part of this post is the new quilt I started. I was supposed to work on the medallion quilt, but I have not-so-neatly piled that baby up on a dresser out of the way. I've wanted to do a Maple Leaf for the longest time! I need 32 of these for the quilt pattern I posted a few days ago. I might get tired of these, but the different fabrics will keep it a little different. I'm not going to be chain stitching for hours.

I love the fabric you've used for this leaf - assume you're doing Judy's hour-a-day challenge?
Yes, I'm doing Judy's. I don't have the brown for the alternate blocks, but got some leaf/stem COC background and a bunch of different FQs for leaves. I tried to get some colors to fabrics with a lot of variation in color to give the leaves some dimension. More than you ever wanted to know....
